A very tasty way to mix up the traditional deviled eggs. This paleo version eliminates the mayo and substitutes it with avocado. 


  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and mashed
  • 4 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/4 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  1. Peel and slice the hard boiled eggs in half lenghtwise
  2. Spoon out egg yolks in a large bowl
  3. Mix egg yolks with the avocado, chili powder, sea salt and pepper
  4. Transfer mixture into egg cavities
  5. Serve chilled
