This paleo ketchup recipe is one of the easiest condiments to make at home with basic ingredients and a blender or food processor.

We feel, this paleo friendly ketchup recipe is tastier than anything you can buy in the store. Making it yourself also means no unnatural ingredients or unwanted sugar, which should fit perfectly in your paleo diet plan. This version is naturally sweetened and easy to make.


  • ½ cup chopped, pitted dates
  • 1 6oz can of organic tomato paste
  • 1 14oz can organic diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup bone broth or water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor.
  2. Cook on medium to low for 20 minutes and let cool
  3. Store in mason jars in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
